We have secured the water rights, the site is under contract, and we are now in the planning phase, working with our community and government partners.

The steps ahead

Planning comes first, shaped with the community and with county, state and agency partners. Engineering and facility design follow, along with the approvals that apply to an agricultural facility at this site. Construction is planned in phases, leading to the first harvests.

What it means for Nevada

A working facility would add local food production in a state that relies on produce trucked in from far away, keep water in use through treatment and reuse, keep agriculture active in Moapa Valley, and create local jobs, including skilled technical roles.
