Moapa Valley is a farming valley northeast of Las Vegas, with fields, tree rows and a community that already knows the land.

Close to the buyers

The valley sits within easy reach of Southern Nevada’s grocers, kitchens and institutions, so produce can travel a short distance from harvest to table.

Agriculture that stays

A working facility would keep agriculture active in Moapa Valley and create local jobs in growing, harvest, distribution and the technical work that keeps an indoor farm running.

We have secured the water rights, the site is under contract, and we are now in the planning phase, working with our community and government partners.
